Whenever I think of Boruto it all comes down to the anticipation of the timeskip. I have a feeling that’s 90% of the community here in this server. One of key elements we see in the time-skip is a mysterious dojustu(jougan). The Jougan has only appeared in the anime for a couple times and mostly within anime canon. There was a time versus Momoshiki where it decided to come out, but even then we don’t know exactly how it helped. Though that’s only within the anime. I’m trying to pin down when would be the best possible time for Jougan to show up within the manga. Based upon the events in the anime my thinking directly goes towards Sumire, being have the reason Jougan showed up, and Nue. They seem to be directly linked to each other as it reacts to what Nue does in the ghost arc. Sumire is shown to have Nue within the character info cards in the volume release of Boruto. I have a feeling this is how Sumire will play a major role within the manga.(In the anime Sumire decided to join the scientific ninja team because she wanted to be able to control Nue better) I think Nue will be introduced alongside Jougan and that’s when he’ll start training with it and it’ll give Sumire some spotlight and reason to be prevalent in the manga.
