Isshiki brought Shibai’s body to earth. This one element connects the dots even up to Amado’s current possible plans for Kawaki. Here’s my thoughts.
First the beginning. Kaguya betraying Isshiki was a very mysterious event. We are left asking ourselves why she would do such a thing? She needs a reason and that reason could be that Isshiki brought Shibai’s body to earth. What if Isshiki wanted a shortcut to godhood? Amado described the chakra fruit from a world contains all the genetic data from being who have lived and died on earth. Basically if you have interacted with earth, you become apart of a mass collection of data or nutrients for the fruit. When you consume the fruit it updates your body with that date it’s collected to evolve you with most likely the best qualities of the data that has been gathered. So wouldn’t it make sense if you were to bury Shibai’s body on earth, or maybe even just lay his body on the earth’s floor, you could add his data to the earth’s collective and then consume it’s chakra fruit and obtain ultimate power?
Kaguya most likely heard this coming from Isshki’s mouth or saw Shibai’s body and did not agree with this plan, striking him down when he had his back turned. It’s not like she would get any benefit from the fruit anyways, but it could have also been massively illegal regarding the clan.
But what happened to Shibai’s body? Well it was most likely stored in the Daikokuten until Isshki could find the strength to initiate his plan once again. This is where Amado comes in. Isshiki saw potential in Amado leading him to allowing Amado to not only let him modify Jigen’s body, but also experiment and plant Shibai’s dna into each Kara member. I don’t specifically know why he allowed this, maybe he wanted to see if he could enhance Jigen’s body further who knows tbh.
Anyways, Isshki also mentioned wish granting. That he will grant the wishes of the Kara members that follow along with his plans. They all knew that a chakra fruit would emerge, we just don’t know how much Isshki told them he was planning on doing. My point is, Isshiki talking about wish granting is a reference to Omnipotence. Omnipotence is a wish granting ability. It granted both Eida and Kawaki’s wishes and it’s meant to be a reality warping ability. Isshiki wanted this power and he just needed a proper vessel to revive in before finally eating the chakra fruit and obtaining this power. Omnipotence and Isshki’s talk of wish granting is a reference to his mythological character he’s based on who eventually can grant wishes. Only Isshiki didn’t have this ability YET, he was trying to obtain the ability.
Not only this, but when Isshki was bestowing to Code his legacy in the form of white karma. He gave Code a mission to become an Otsutsuki god which is another reference to Shibai. Isn’t it odd that Isshiki didn’t tell Code to meet and find the Otsutsuki clan? Instead he wanted Code to ascend to godhood and we know the manga isn’t going to let Code leave the planet and do so. It’s already been set up with Shibai’s body inside the Daikokuten.
Lastely, it’s possible Amado knew all about this plan or put the pieces together and is now trying to Initiate it on his own. Basically Amado found a golden opportunity. He formulated a way to kill of Isshiki, but he needed Kawaki’s karma to still be intact. I still believe he’s trying to bring Akebi back but his plan to implant a karma with her data on to Delta does seem Iffy, even Amado seemed a bit off when he revealed this to us.
