Amado reveals that the only way to get rid of the Otsutsuki threat is to basically make the planet useless for them. All this talk about the chakra fruit this and chakra fruit that, if you make it where the fruit is unusable to them, they will give up on the planet. You wouldn’t wanna buy a rotten piece of fruit right? They’d have to wait millennia in order for the planet to be useable again. But in order to do that, you’d need to create the fruit first. Once you create the fruit, you destroy it. However creating a fruit requires sucking the life out of a good chunk of the planet, alot of humanity(Shinobi) will die. Amado would get hate for it but Kawaki gets the idea that Naruto won’t have to fight Otsutsuki anymore if they Otsutsuki doesn’t have a reason to come to the planet. And thats when Kawaki plots to create a chakra fruit and destroy it and anyone in his way will pay the price.

I think one of Amado’s goals is related to the daughter that he lost but it wont be his ultimate goal. Amado has previously stated that he hates otsutsuki. The strongest feelings of hate brew from the bottom of our hearts when something that is near and dear to us is torn away. Its possible that the loss of his daughter and his hate for otsutsuki may be connected in some way. I believe his ultimate goal is the eradication of the otsutsuki who probably put him in that situation in the first place. I think Amado’s a tactical guy who realises that what previously happened to him can likely happen again unless the main threat is removed. Two or three months ago after the reveal of another character in another series having an alternative agenda I jokingly said “Now we just need a front boruto cover of Amado sitting on a chair doing Aizens pose” (if you know you know). Two weeks later we got leaks and a full chapter with that exact cover with Amado sitting in a similar pose to Aizen. Ikemoto was likely thinking along the same lines well aware of Amados true intentions. Note that the chapter was titled “from the bottom of my heart” (sound familiar?)
Although he’ll probably do certain things that may make him look like the bad guy, i think hell ultimately end up becoming an ally against the real threat which hes been preparing for this entire time summed up by his hatred for Otsutsuki. He’s just doing what needs to be done while preventing any threat to his plans from knowing more than they need to know. In spanish the word Amado means “beloved”. The word Kara also means “beloved”. They both mean the same thing. So to start of, I dont think this is a coincidence. I think Kara the organisation was created by Amado and possibly named after his daughter. Amado may not be his real name and this may not be his true form. His surname Sanzu is likely named after the River Sanzu which the deceased must cross before they can reach the afterlife. For the deceased person’s soul to cross this river, it is said that a toll of “6 mon” must be placed. Funny how we’ve seen this number previously in the form of the 6 otsutsuki panels that appeared in that dimension which Amado directed Sasuke to. The dimension where two of those panels had been purposefully damaged by someone. I do also believe Amado is connected to those panels but thats beyond the question thats been asked but I can explain that if yall like. The reason for Amado wanting Isshikis powers bestowed upon someone like Kawaki may symbolically be represented by what the pattern of Isshiki’s eyes mean in the real world. Isshiki’s eyes are likely inspired by the noble eightfold paths of Buddhism which are a guide to liberation from suffering and the endless cycle of rebirth. This is a concept which opposes the never ending life cycle of an Otsutsuki. Kawaki likely holds the keys to no only bring Amado’s daughter back but also put an end to the threat the Otsutsuki pose. Afterall, the symbol for Kara does appear to have 8 dots centred around what appears to be a karma mark.
